The
Ann Arbor Airport is a municipally owned, general aviation facility that operates 24 hours a day providing a wide array of aviation services to public and business users. These services include hangar and tie-down rental, air ambulance service, flight instruction, rental cars and charter services. The airport is home to more than 180 aircraft and handles around 75,000 operations per year. These aircraft are housed in 150 t-hangars, six box hangars and a small number of other hangars that are owned and leased out by the Airport. The city's Airport Advisory Committee gathers and analyzes information regarding the municipal airport and the property it occupies, and makes relative recommendations to the City Council and other city officials. This committee is comprised of seven community members, representatives from City Council and local Townships. This division oversees the maintenance of many city-owned facilities, including the Ann Arbor Justice Center, Guy C. Larcom City Hall, fire stations and the Wheeler Service Center. Facility services also manages many capital improvement projects for the city.

Fleet services is responsible for purchasing and maintaining vehicles and equipment that the City of Ann Arbor needs for its operation, including police patrol cars, dump trucks, refuse trucks, sweepers, tractors and other miscellaneous equipment. This includes the City's growing fleet of electric vehicles.
This division also handles the purchasing of fuel and management of all fueling facilities for the city, including the installation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure for the City's fleet. Fleet services handles the sale of used city vehicles and equipment through online auction sales.
